Overview

Suzanne Odom began her career with the Denver, Colorado office of Patton Boggs, LP, where she practiced primarily in the areas of products liability and complex and commercial litigation.  Since moving to New Mexico in 1999, Ms. Odom’s practice has focused on commercial and real estate transactions and commercial and real estate litigation.  Representative transactional and general corporate matters handled include all aspects of contract drafting, review and negotiation; real estate acquisitions, sales, financing and leasing; business formations; and providing routine corporate, real estate and employment law advise to clients. Suzanne has also delivered local opinions for entities ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies in connection with lending transactions and has advised out-of-state lenders regarding the nuances of New Mexico lending laws.  Her litigation practice currently focuses on real property disputes, creditor disputes, commercial foreclosures and employment disputes.  Rounding out her profile, Suzanne routinely handles licensing matters involving the Alcohol and Gaming and Construction Industries Divisions of New Mexico’s Regulation and Licensing Department.
