Overview
Jocelyn Barrett rejoined M&A as of counsel in 2019, after previously working at the firm as a litigation associate upon admission to the State Bar of New Mexico in 2012. Ms. Barrett now brings her litigation experience to the practice of administrative and regulatory law.
Ms. Barrett represents investor-owned utilities before the New Mexico Public Regulatory Commission, as well as practicing generally in the areas of public utility regulation, natural resources, and water law.
