Experience

Mr. Campbell regularly handles commercial real estate purchase and sale transactions, retail, office and commercial leasing for landlords and tenants, subdivision and land use matters, including the preparation of easements, covenants conditions and restrictions and real estate loan documentation.  He advises clients on matters involving corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies as well as the federal and state income tax implications of a variety of commercial and business transactions.  He also advises individuals in estate planning matters, including the preparation of wills and trusts.

Professional Memberships and Activities

Mr. Campbell was licensed in New Mexico in 1971, and admitted to practice in the state and federal courts in New Mexico, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.  Mr. Campbell has also practiced in the United States Tax Court.
