Seth C. McMillan is a shareholder in the Santa Fe office. Seth represents clients in a wide variety of litigation matters, including wrongful death, products liability, general tort litigation, insurance coverage and bad faith defense, banking litigation, and education law. Representative clients include banks and other financial institutions, automakers, tire manufacturers, supermarkets, restaurant chains, and New Mexico state agencies.
Seth is also developing expertise in oil & gas law, real estate and property law. He has significant experience drafting appellate briefs for both the New Mexico Court of Appeals and the New Mexico Supreme Court.
Prior to joining Montgomery & Andrews in September 2008, Seth served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Lynn Pickard of the New Mexico Court of Appeals. While in law school, Seth served as manuscript editor on the New Mexico Law Review. He also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable James A. Parker, U.S. District Court.
Prior to law school, Seth conducted geochemical research at Los Alamos National Laboratory and was a Program Coordinator at Santa Fe Institute.
