Walter J. Melendres represented a hospital in a case in which the Plaintiff alleged that the hospital violated EMTALA in failing to provide appropriate medical screening and treatment to a driver involved in a single car MVA that allegedly resulted in his death at the local jail from internal hemorrhage.
