Randy Bartell and Holly Agajanian defended a local non-profit organization in federal court against claims of wrongful termination, age discrimination and breach of contract.  The plaintiff claimed that the employer’s reason for terminating her was a pretext and that she was actually fired because of her age.  After conducting extensive discovery in the case, Mr. Bartell and Ms. Agajanian prevailed on a motion for summary judgment that disposed of the majority of plaintiff’s claims.  This dismissal allowed for a very favorable settlement for the client.  Aguilar v.
